Hilton Dead Sea Resort & Spa, Jordan
The opening marks the first Hilton Hotels & Resorts property in Jordan, located at the lowest point on Earth on the eastern shores of the Dead Sea. At 410 meters below sea level, the Dead Sea is the lowest place on earth. Hilton Dead Sea Resort & Spa is 45 kilometers from the capital city of Amman and 65 kilometers from the Queen Alia International Airport and a short drive to many of Jordan’s major tourist attractions, including Wadi Mujib, Ma’in hot springs, Madaba – the city of Mosaics and the Baptism Site.

Viceroy Dubai Palm Jumeirah
Viceroy Palm Jumeirah Dubai comprises 477 rooms and suites, 221 Viceroy Residences, 10 restaurants and nightlife venues, a spa, a beach, a pool, health and wellness areas, and a children’s club. The hotel entrance has a 15-metre self-supporting glass cube which is entirely free of structural steel and allows natural light to flood in and provides a view straight through to the pool, sea and beyond. Inside, twisting wooden structures reinforced with steel gracefully rise up to support the glass and it resembles a double helix.

The Oberoi Beach Resort Al Zorah, Ajman
Operated by Oberoi Hotels and Resorts, The Oberoi Beach Resort, Al Zorah, is located beside 247 acres of rich ecological wetland around which Al Zorah is centred. The Oberoi Group, which was founded in 1934, presently operates 32 hotels, two Nile cruisers and a motor vessel in the backwaters of Kerala.

Address Boulevard, Dubai
Address Hotels and Resorts has unveiled its new city lifestyle property – the Address Boulevard, with interiors completed by HBA Dubai. The Address Boulevard has 196 rooms including 116 spacious deluxe rooms, 44 deluxe club rooms, 28 one-bedroom suites, seven two-bedroom suites and a presidential suite offering views of The Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa.

Sheraton Annaba, Algeria
Marriott International has announced further expansion in Algeria with the opening of its seventh hotel in the country, Sheraton Annaba. The existing six hotels in the country are: Constantine Marriott Hotel, Renaissance Tlemcen Hotel, Sheraton Club des Pins, Sheraton Oran, Le Meridien Oran and Four Points by Sheraton Oran. The addition of the Sheraton Annaba brings the total number of rooms to 1580.

Hilton Tangier City Center & Residences, Morocco
Tanger City Center is the second major Moroccan project of Inveravante, who also developed Anfaplace Living Resort in Casablanca. It is close to the new Tangier train station, on the main avenue of the city, close to the beach.
