David Meikle
The Eloquent Elephant, Taj Dubai

During his first year at the Eloquent Elephant, Meikle successfully beat the budget in the first year by a large amount. Meikle is a passionate, driven and extremely hands on manager. He can often be found serving tables. 

Graziella Nieto
Tong Thai, JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai 

Nieto has always been pushing for new ideas to increase the business profitability whether it be venturing into different promotions or partnerships with suppliers to stay up to date with new trends.

Jane (Yanne) Nedanoski
The Croft, Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel & Suites

Nedanoski developed from being a sommelier to working closely with Darren Velvick to develop The Croft from scratch. He played an important role from the beginning.

Grazia Raffa
Mercato  

 Being a relatively new addition to the restaurant scene, Raffa has been involved early on, and has built Mercato up to being the most prominent casual Italian venue in DIFC. Grazia believes that the restaurant should feel like home to all diners.

Rakibul Alam
Saffron, Atlantis The Palm Dubai

Alam has a HND in Hospitality Management and has been nominated for the prestigious Atlantis Legend Award 3 years consecutively from 2014-2016 for his continuous hard work and successful outlet management.

Eduardo Maia
Ramusake 

Maia is more than just the general manager, he is hailed as the brand ambassador, and the pillar of one of Dubai’s most successful, up-and-coming brands. He is a friend and often a paternal figure to his team of 70 employees.
