Dubai property brokerage and development firm Aqua Properties has launched a new Park Inn by Radisson at the Jumeirah Village Triangle, which saw its groundbreaking earlier this month. The hotel apartment development is expected to be completed in June 2019.
“With the launch of Park Inn, we have yet again underlined our commitment to the real estate industry in Dubai. Bringing a global, highly reputed brand such as Park Inn by Radisson to the Jumeirah Village Triangle locale will be a definite draw to the up and coming area and offer a well-rounded lifestyle experience to visitors and residents alike,” said Aqua Properties chief operating officer Paul Christodoulou.
The new Park Inn by Radisson is located in a self-contained community within Dubai's Jumeirah Village Triangle. The 29 storey tower will consist of fully furnished serviced studios, one- and two- bedroom hotel apartment suites. The property will be operated by Carlson Rezidor Group which currently has almost 500 properties under operation or development in the MENA region and over 1400 worldwide.
Aqua Properties is presenting the hotel apartments to investors with a ROI of 8% per annum for two years and 35% two year post-handover plan, the developer mentioned in a statement.
