Al Bustan Centre and Residence, the Dubai-based hotel apartment, recently recognised 94 of its staff who have been with the hotel for 10, 15, and 20 years of loyal tenure in an awarding ceremony presided over by chief operating officer Moussa El Hayek.
“I express my heartfelt congratulations to our hotel employees as they are our most important asset. Their dedication underlines the continuing growth of our hotel business and our strong relationship with our clients and guests,” El Hayek declared.
Employees who had served 10, 15 and 20 years were awarded a crystal trophy along with a golden Al Bustan badge and a certificate of appreciation. Those who had served for two and five years' tenure were likewise awarded an Al Bustan badge and a certificate of appreciation. During the event, an excellence award was bestowed to Moussa EL Hayek for his leadership at Al Bustan Centre & Residence since its inception.
