The culinary team visits a variety of countries and attends events to understand global food trends and research how we can implement them in Dubai. Our passion is to deliver a world-class, and innovative, food and drink experience. In 2016 at the Rugby 7s, we launched the Food Truck Village, to great success, replicating that experience for the first time at a global event in Dubai.
Fait Maison Cuisine
Inspired by its clients and with a motto of ‘your success is our success’, Fait Maison Cuisine curates catering experiences through a process of creativity and collaboration between the chefs, food designers and service team. The team has a successful track record in both large-scale corporate events with hundreds of guests to intimate gatherings, including weddings, private dinners and cocktail parties.
JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai
With one of the largest ballrooms in Dubai and 32 additional meeting spaces, the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel is able to cater to large-scale weddings, major high-profile conferences and small board meetings. Since opening in November 2012, the team has executed over 7,726 groups and events. The current event planning team consists of 18 associates.
Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet Events
The Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet Events and Catering Team began in 2012, after the demand from clients became apparent to offer the same gastronomical delights of ‘ Lafayette Gourmet’ in clients’ own homes, offices and venues. With high demand from individuals and corporate clients, they have experienced year on year double-digit growth.
Jumeirah Beach Hotel Catering and Events Department
The events team receives many ambitious and extravagant event briefs on a daily basis but nothing is too big or too complicated. They thrive on producing quality and creative functions which give their guests a lasting impression of Jumeirah. The team makes a positive contribution to the revenues and overall service of the hotel through a high level of productivity and service.
Marta’s Kitchen
Marta’s Kitchen, a boutique catering company, is committed to providing high quality food and creative events concepts. The brainchild of Marta Yanci, a lawyer by profession and a cook by passion, Marta’s Kitchen is the result of lifelong love and commitment to celebrating the marriage of flavours, plating of world-wide influences and the enjoyment of culinary creations. Marta’s Kitchen was first established in 2012.
