Ahmed Wahab
Pure, DoubleTree by Hilton Doha — Old Town 

Wahab started his career back home in Egypt with Kempinski before joining the Hilton brand in Qatar. He joined DoubleTree by Hilton Doha — Old Town in 2015 and was promoted to operations manager in August.

Mohan Narendra Kataria
360 Dubai

Mohan Kataria is a talented and passionate employee who sets an extremely high standard for those around him and always puts the customer’s needs first — he has worked at 360° since April 2015.

Marvin Coelho
Treehouse, Taj Dubai

After building a solid foundation in customer service in the UK, Coelho relocated to Dubai. He joined the Taj family as an assistant restaurant manager. After honing his skills in hospitality, Coelho was made bar manager at Treehouse in 2016.

Andy Dunn
Vault Bar, JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai

Dunn managed his own outlet in the UK for three years before moving to Dubai four years ago. For the past two years, he has worked at Vault Bar at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai to take on a new challenge.

Luis Urrea
The Cigar Room, Fairmont The Palm

Urrea won the International Habano sommelier competition in 2012 before moving to Dubai later that year as part of the preopening team of Fairmont The Palm. Urrea now manages The Cigar Room.

Suresh Ramanathan
Uptown Bar, Jumeirah Beach Hotel

Ramanathan was promoted to sommelier in 2013 and was in charge of the entire beverage folio of the hotel. Since 2015 he has been the the outlet manager at Uptown Bar.
