Singaporean serviced residence owner-operator, The Ascott Limited has launched a dedicated Arabic-language website to better serve the needs of Arabic travellers.

“A large percentage of our guests within the GCC are Arabic and we are excited to be able to offer them the convenience of booking online in their preferred language,” said Ascott country general manager Middle East & Turkey Vincent Miccolis.

The new website, available in both Arabic and English languages, offers property information and promotions along with an array of areas in the local destination to explore, such as ‘Ascott Social’ guest blogs, events at the properties, social media feeds and a local’s perspective of ‘City Life’.

To complement the launch, Ascott is running a competition to win weekend getaways to Paris or a range of destinations across the GCC. To enter the competition, guests need to log onto the website and spot a character called ‘Hammoudi’, Ascott’s world traveller, who is currently residing at Ascott Park Place, Dubai. Guests need to book a minimum one night's stay at any of Ascott's properties in the Middle East to qualify to win in the draw for free business class flights to the GCC destination of choice.

The Ascott Limited is a Singapore serviced residence owner-operator which currently operates 30,000 serviced residence units in key cities of the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East, as well as over 21,000 units which are under development, making a total of more than 52,000 units in over 300 properties. The company operates three brands – Ascott, Citadines and Somerset, along with The Crest Collection and lyf.
