Address-managed Palace Fujairah Beach expects 2019 completion
Palace Fujairah Beach hotel, located in Eagle Hills Fujairah Beach, is set to be the second property managed by Emaar Hospitality Group's Address Hotels + Resorts in the emirate; the luxury hotel is expected to be completed in 2019.
The announcement follows Eagle Hills' unveiling of The Address Fujairah Resort + Spa last year.
“Fujairah is a different location in the UAE defined by its mountain landscape, rich culture, range of extreme sports activities and its direct access to the Gulf of Oman and the Indian Ocean. The city and the wider emirate is very popular among international tourists and UAE residents looking to get away from it all and enjoy a range of activities not available anywhere else in the country," Eagle Hills chief executive officer Low Ping said.

Palace Fujairah Beach will feature 162 rooms and suites set by the beachfront, featuring contemporary architecture and Arabesque patterns. The hotel will be set on a prime piece of coastline around the Gulf of Oman, a setting known for beautiful sandy beaches and a scenic mountainous environment. A focal point of the Eagle Hills master planned community development, Palace Fujairah Beach will offer a health club, dining outlets, separate swimming pools for adults and children, as well as meeting venues.
Fujairah Beach is centrally located, with an eight-minute drive from the emirate's airport, and 25 minutes away from the border of Oman. Eagle Hills Fujairah Beach is a mixed-use development that will also feature a gated residential community, comprising of 84 villas and townhouses available in two, three and four bedrooms with beach, garden, and city views. It will be the first residential development in Fujairah city with direct access to the beach.
