Campbell Gray Hotels has launched the group's flagship property, Campbell Gray Amman, which is currently under development in Jordan and set to open in 2019.
The company is also involved in the development of a boutique hotel in Manama, Bahrain due to open in 2018, as previously reported by Hotelier Middle East in 2016.
Campbell Gray Amman will have 192 guestrooms and suites and the interior design is being carried out by Martin Brudnizki.
The property will also feature a ground floor café, rooftop restaurant, cigar lounge, rooftop pool terrace, PureGray Health Club & Spa and meeting facilities including a screening room and ballroom.
The hotel will form part of the Campbell Gray Living development, a mixed use project which also offers private residences, serviced apartments, office space and retail units, located in the heart of the city’s new downtown area, Abdali. The project's design is being overlooked by hotelier Gordon Campbell Gray in consultation with a team of designers and architects.
When designing the façade, Paris-based A.S.Architecture-Studio set out to create an urban statement that could be visible across the city’s horizon. The two towers that make up the development are designed to mirror each other. The first tower which houses the residences, is made of pixelated glass combined with translucent marble whilst the hotel tower is made of transparent and blue screen printed glass reminiscent of the changing reflects of water.
In Bahrain, Campbell Gray Hotels is providing design input, concepts and technical services on the construction project in the heart of Manama. The hotel will feature 48 suites, rooftop pool, restaurant and bar lounge as well as meeting rooms and a ground floor café and is due to open in 2018.
Campbell Gray Hotels is a privately owned, design-focused hotel management company, with Gordon Campbell Gray personally involved in every aspect of the creation, philosophy and concept of each hotel.
