Folly by Nick & Scott, located in Madinat Jumeirah, will host their third instalment of ‘Cellar Notes by Viktorija’ — an evening dedicated to showcasing wines from around the globe.
This latest edition will focus on Woodstock wines from Australia.
Starting the dinner with home smoked salmon, the dish will be paired with Woodstock’s Semillion-Sauvignon Blanc 2016, a grape chosen for its ability to express tropical fruit aromas and flavours. A specially chosen Chardonnay, Shiraz-Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz Single Vineyard will follow with each course, culminating in Woodstock’s Little Miss Collett, 2015, paired with a new dessert comprising strawberries, cream and basil.
‘Cellar Notes by Viktorija’ with guest, Scott Collett, will take place on Wednesday August 16 from 7pm and is priced at 495 AED per person.
