Four Seasons Hotel Amman has revealed that its chief concierge Taleen Halaseh has received her golden keys from Les Clefs D’Or, the only international association of professional hotel concierges.
Halaseh kicked off her career at the Four Seasons Hotel Amman in January 2011 as a concierge agent.
A few years later, she completed a one month concierge task force at the Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa.
In 2016 she was promoted to the role of guest experience supervisor and quickly became a manager, leading her to her new role as chief concierge with the golden keys.
On receiving the keys, Halaseh said in a press statement: "I'm very excited about this. These golden keys really solidify the hard work I have to put into learning all the ways of being the best concierge I can be. It is important for me to be relatable and available to guests no matter what they need, and of course my forte is sharing all the most important tips and suggestions to have the most memorable stay in Amman and Jordan."
