Horeca Trade marketing manager Jad Asaad has revealed that the company is working on a number of new additions to its vast portfolio for the hospitality industry.

Speaking to Hotelier Middle East, Asaad said: "We have recently launched Midamar, a brand consisting of halal cold cuts such as turkey strips, organic whole chicken and frankfurters which originates from the USA. Midamar is already proving to be a high demanded product."

He added that Horeca Trade has set high expectations for the next year, and commented: "We will be widening our portfolio further with more top brands and products such as Nabil, whilst increasing our presence in the market. We are also working with new technologies aimed at providing additional services to our customers to help increase their footfall - such as Review Trackers and Bridg."

Acqua Panna & S.Pellegrino - which Horeca Trade distributes - is the official water sponsor for the Hotelier Middle East: Great GM Debate, and Asaad said: "We believe that supporting the Great GM Debate as a foodservice partner is the perfect way to build our relationship and strengthen the bond within the F&B industry.

"Through this exclusive sponsorship, we aim to showcase our growing portfolio and benefits to potential and existing customers while enhancing our public profile."
