M Hotel Downtown by Millennium appoints front office manager

M Hotel Downtown by Millennium has appointed Arun Pillai as the property's front office manager.

Pillai, bringing more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, has been appointed to manage the front office department and health club of the new M Hotel brand under Millennium & Copthorne in Business Bay.

Prior to joining M Hotel Downtown by Millennium, Pillai served as the assistant front office manager at Millennium Plaza Hotel, Dubai from 2011 where he managed the hotel’s pre-opening operations.

He has also worked for various hotel brands like Kempinski Mall of the Emirates, Jebel Ali International Hotels in Dubai and also started his front office career in Hotel Tea County and Club Mahindra Resorts in India.
