Damir Boshnjak has joined the Media One Hotel team in Dubai's Media City as director of hotel operations with more than 10 years' experience in the hospitality industry, including five years in the Middle East.
Boshnjak’s hospitality career started in Macedonia in 2007 in a small motel with 10 rooms. Since then, he has had the opportunity to work in hotels all over the world including the US, Greece, Abu Dhabi as well as his home country, Macedonia.
In his new role, Boshnjak will be overseeing hotel operations and managing the housekeeping, engineering, front office and security teams.
Damir’s appointment is the latest in a series of new developments at Media One including the renovation of the lobby and introduction of Qwerty on the ground floor.
