In recognition of innovative excellence, the inaugural GulfHost Innovation Awards will reward the cutting-edge technology shaping the future of hospitality across MENA.

Taking place on Monday September 18, 2017 at the Armani Hotel Dubai, the gala dinner will host 280 hospitality industry movers and shakers, and will follow with a live cook-off, as celebrity chefs go head-to-head in the kitchen.

Turning up the heat, the competition will include British Chef and TV personality Silvena Rowe (Omnia), award-winning Chef and restauranteur James Atherton (Marina Social), Swedish Chef of the Year winner Robert Nilsson (Five Palm Jumeriah) and Head Chef at Dubai’s most prestigious restaurants, Colin Clague (Ruya).

The chefs will have 30 minutes to create a “Signature” “or “Wow” dish deriving from lamb or beef, which will be judged by Hotelier Middle East, Time Out Dubai and Caterer Middle East. Distinguished guests will include world renowned chef and owner of three-star Michelin restaurant, Heinz Beck, as well as senior representatives of the hospitality industry and local executive chefs.
