Al Bait Hotel in Sharjah nears completion

Sharjah Investment and Development Authority's (Shurooq) Al Bait Hotel in the UAE emirate is nearing completion. Construction Week Online reveals that the hotel is now 70% complete.

The project is scheduled to meet its completion deadline of 2018. Al Bait Hotel is a luxury five-star hotel being built at Heart of Sharjah. 

With a $27.2m (AED100m) construction budget, the 54-key hotel will have five cafes and restaurants, and other supporting amenities. Souq Al Arsah, one of the UAE's oldest marketplaces, will be connected with the hotel.
