Located in Dubai’s H Hotel, Zahira will host a champange-themed evening on Wednesday September 27, from 7:30pm.

The seven course feasting menu curated by chef Greg Malouf will be paired with Veuve Clicquot champagne as well as white and red wine. The dishes have been carefully paired by industry experts ensuring an optimal experience.

Guest will have the opportunity to sample dishes which can’t be found on the regular menu such as Ras el hanout king prawns and crab served with tomato and chickpeas and angel hair noodles, roasted saltbush lamb loins on the bone with pistachio and za’atar leaves as well as veiled quail covered in leaves stuffed with freekeh. Dinner will end on a decadent note with pear baklava with candied walnut and crème fraiche.

The seven course menu inclusive of wine pairings is priced at AED 550 per person.
