Dubai's Al Bustan Centre and Residence completed a training programme dedicated for the hotel management to further improve the quality of service to guests and visitors.

As part of the property’s career development initiative, the three-day training entitled ‘Train the Trainer’ was organised to enhance the knowledge and skills required of those who are involved in training their respective departments.

The training involved adult learning principles, training preparations and delivery, training evaluation and use of various materials to aid learning. The participants also completed certification tests and practical assessments on the last day to evaluate their performance.

Al Bustan Centre and Residence chief operating officer Moussa El Hayek said: “We specifically prepared training for the hotel supervisors to boost their leadership skills and pass the learning effectively to their subordinates and manage them with excellence. We conduct various trainings every month for the employees and staff to continuously improve their skills and competencies and allow them to discover and further develop their strengths in order to provide our guests and visitors the best experience when staying at Al Bustan Centre and Residence.”
