Plaj restaurant at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray resort in Dubai has reopened after an outlet and menu revamp.
The new a la carte menu serves over 35 new delicacies, inspired by the Mediterranean region, and will include signature dish: hand tossed sour dough pizzas prepared in a wood fire oven, blow-torched tiger prawns and herb crusted rack of lamb.
The beach venue serves lunch from 12.00pm – 5.00pm and dinner: 6.30pm – 11.00pm.
Plaj's previous menu showcased Scandinavian cuisine.
The five-star Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, located on Palm Jumeirah, celebrates its seventh anniversary on 4 January 2018.
