Hashmat Najurally has been promoted to director of food and beverage at Towers Rotana Dubai.
Hashmat joined Rotana Hotels in 2007 as restaurant & bar manager at Fujairah Rotana Resort and Spa, Al Aqah Beach, where he was later promoted to assistant director of food & beverage. In his expanded role, he will leverage his culinary experience in providing fresh new concepts and initiatives to the food and beverage offerings at Towers Rotana Dubai.
Commenting on his promotion, Najurally said: “I am grateful for the opportunity to grow within the company, and equally excited to take on the challenge of strategically positioning our well-established food and beverage outlets including the famed, Teatro”.
Commenting on the appointment, Towers Rotana general manager Hossam Mansour said: “With his passion and experience of operations, we are sure that Hashmat will drive strategic leadership in the hotel and across our restaurants and bars.”
