Ghaf Kitchen launches at Waterfront Market in Dubai

Ghaf Kitchen’s new home, the Waterfront Market, will be a hub for fresh food shopping in the region.

The food truck will be dishing up the fresh ingredients from the market with menus chalked onto the daily specials board.

The menu includes dishes such as the fresh catch burrito; a flour burrito filled with seared fresh fish from the market, spicy rice, sour cream and house made salsa, also available as a vegan option, and the Ghaf burger made from house-ground Aberdeen Angus beef patty, Irish mature cheddar cheese, crispy onions, and tomato jam. Rounding off the menu are sweet desserts and fresh daily roasted artisanal coffee.

Ghaf Kitchen is open at Waterfront Market, Deira from 9am to 8pm on weekdays and 8am to 8pm on weekends and national holidays.
