Time Hotels is set to unveil its first resort with the launch of Time Beach Villas Resort in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, due to open its doors in December 2017.
A mid-market contemporary development on the upper west side of the city, Time Beach Villas Resort will comprise 61 units with detailed Arabic architecture.
Time Hotels CEO Mohamed Awadalla said in a statement: "This resort has been built with both corporate and leisure visitors in mind."
Located close to the beach, approximately 20 minutes’ drive from Jeddah International Airport and city centre, the mid-range resort will offer fitness and leisure facilities, high-speed WiFi, LED televisions in all rooms and concierge and business services.
The villas will have private swimming pools and gardens, with separate kitchens and living/dining areas. While the resort itself includes a fully equipped gymnasium, a large public swimming pool and a children’s playground will also be available for guests.
This latest management contract is part of a wider expansion programme by Time Hotels, which is set to expand its footprint still further into the UAE, followed by further openings in Saudi Arabia, before the end of Q4 2018.
