New HR manager joins M Hotel Downtown by Millennium

M Hotel Downtown by Millennium has appointed Mohamed Abdelkareem as new HR manager, who brings more than nine years of experience in the field of human resources and training.

Abdelkareem is a certified human resources manager with professional and consultant experience in the USA. Prior to his current role, Abdelkareem worked for Gloria Hotel and initiated AED 2.8 million (US$0.76m) worth of annual bottom-line savings by implementing strategic HR planning and best practices while increasing the overall employee satisfaction by 5.4%.

He has also worked in the same field for various international hotel chains such as Hilton and Rotana.

In his new role, Abdelkareem will manage the overall human resources and learning & development operations while working as a strategic partner in planning, designing, developing and evaluating human resource-related initiatives that support the organisational goals.
