Eagle Hills Abu Dhabi recently awarded the construction and infrastructure works contract for the 63,677 sqm site of The Address Fujairah Resort + Spa to Joannou & Paraskevaides (J&P).
The Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development company made the announcement during an official signing ceremony that marked the groundbreaking of the upcoming luxury hotel and residential development in Fujairah.
The Address Fujairah Resort + Spa is a luxury development scheduled to be completed by 2019, the 196-key hotel will also have 172 branded apartments, five beach villas and five garden villas. The development also features a 500-metre promenade, beach access and a plaza.
Since the project was revealed in April 2016, Eagle Hills has completed the grading and marine works at the site.

J&P's list of previous UAE projects includes Emirates Airlines New Engineering Centre at Dubai International Airport, Fujairah Freeway and Ras Al Khor Crossing, as well as international projects including Queen Alia International Airport in Jordan.
Eagle Hills is developing projects in four international markets, namely Morocco, Bahrain, Jordan and Serbia and the UAE.
In the UAE, Eagle Hills is working closely with the Fujairah and Dibba Municipalities on two projects, Fujairah Beach and The Address Fujairah Resort + Spa. In August 2017, the company announced the signing of a AED 300 million facility with the National Bank of Fujairah to finance the ongoing construction of The Address Fujairah Resort + Spa.
