Hilton Dubai Jumeirah appoints beverage manager

Hilton Dubai Jumeirah has appointed Sacha Toussaint as beverage manager of the resort.

The German national has attained almost 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry in Europe and Middle East. His skills the in management of F&B operations have been amassed through having worked with the likes of Grand Hyatt, Emirates Palace and Shangri-La.

Toussaint’s journey in the industry began in his native Germany, where he received his education as a restaurant specialist. In His new position with the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, he will oversee stock accumulation and supervise the thorough training of managers and hire staff. In addition to this, Toussaint will be responsible for the quality and innovation of beverages as well as increasing functionality of the F&B outlets in the resort.
