Dubai's Al Bustan Centre and Residence has completed its annual team building programme for all hotel employees, in a bid to boost morale and create harmony in the working place.

Held at the hotel premises, the four-day event saw the participation of all hotel management, including chief operating officer Moussa El Hayek, and employees. Divided into four teams, employees were given an opportunity to interact with colleagues from other departments and manifest team work and effort during the activities and exercises.

El Hayek said:“It is very essential that all the hotel employees are working together towards one goal and one spirit that is why we never miss to conduct a team building every year.” 

“We value the building of a healthy working environment for each employee because the more they have a harmonious relationship with their colleagues, the more productivity they will generate that will be a mutual benefit for them and the property. They are and will always be our asset for us to deliver excellent services towards the guests and visitors”, El Hayek added.

The team building concluded with an awarding ceremony, with winning teams receiving prizes in recognition for hard work and achievements.
