Fraser Suites Riyadh has appointed Fadjar Zein as its new executive chef. The Indonesian native will bring over 16 years of experience to his new job.
Zein received his training in hotel tourism management and food production at the State University of Jakarta, Indonesia.
As the new executive chef, Zein will oversee daily F&B operations, implement creative menus and assume key management responsibilities.
Zein’s previous roles include: executive chef at Holiday Inn – Cikarang, Indonesia, Go Messo Group, Istanbul, head chef at Makkah Clock Royal Tower – Fairmont Hotel Tower as well as head chef at Al-Faisaliah and Al-Khozamah Hotel Riyadh in Saudi Arabia.
