London’s Italian restaurant, Scalini is set to open in Four Seasons Resort on Jumeirah Beach Road in Dubai.
Established in London 1988, Scalini played an influential role in giving rise to Italian trattorias around the UK. A celebrity favourite, it’s been visited by the likes of The Beatles, Kate Moss, Simon Cowell, Johnny Depp, Cesc Fabregas and many others.
The menu, crafted by chef Monseratto Marini, features traditional favourites and the ingredients are mostly sourced from Italy.
At the restaurant, chefs will entertain guests by producing and presenting signature dishes in front of them. There will also be an outdoor terrace for customers who prefer their meals al fresco.
Scalini Dubai is scheduled to open in January 2018.
