InterContinental Fujairah Resort
InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) opened InterContinental Fujairah Resort earlier this month, its first resort in the Middle East. The InterContinental Fujairah Resort is a beachfront property situated on the shoreline of Al Aqah Beach, beneath the spectacular backdrop of the Hajar Mountains. The luxury resort consists of a series of low-rise Arabesque village-style buildings. The resort’s 190 guest rooms and suites, including 44 Club InterContinental Rooms and 38 suites, feature expansive balconies. InterContinental Fujairah Resort also offers a gymnasium, O Spa by L'Occitane, as well as four meeting rooms, a boardroom, a ballroom and two gourmet dining options.
Wyndham Grand Manama
Wyndham Hotel Group has opened Wyndham Grand Manama in Bahrain Bay’s United Tower, following an agreement with real estate developers Ahmad Alqaed Group. This follows the opening of the world's largest Wyndham Garden property: the 441-key Wyndham Garden Manama in Bahrain.
Bulgari Resort Dubai
Bulgari Resort Dubai, has opened on the new sea-horse shaped island Jumeira Bay. The luxury property is the world's fifth Bvlgari Hotels and Resorts property and will be operated by Marriott International. It's designed by Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners.
Renaissance Downtown Hotel, Dubai
Marriott International has opened its newest hotel in Downtown Dubai. The 298-key property has 65 suites, each with Burj Khalifa or Dubai Water Canal views and is located in Dubai's Business Bay district.
Four Seasons Hotel Tunis
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has made further inroads into North Africa, with the opening of Four Seasons Hotel Tunis. The new luxury property is located on the seafront of the Gammarth district, a short drive from the ancient Roman ruins of Carthage and the traditional village of Sidi Bou Said.
