Marriott International is set to open its first W hotel in Jordan with the opening of W Amman on January 18, 2018.
Located in the heart of Abdali, Amman’s new commercial and residential district, W Amman stands tall as a bold, contemporary architectural statement amidst views of the city’s seven hills. Nearby are several government buildings, embassies, financial companies and historic sites. Queen Alia International Airport is 37 kilometers away.
W Amman will have 280 guest rooms, including 44 suites, with floor-to-ceiling windows. All rooms and suites feature high speed Internet access, flat screen TV with cable channels, coffee and tea-making amenities or a W MixBar. In addition, all rooms and suites offer the W signature bed with 400-thread-count linens and the W pillow menu and Bliss bath amenities.
Recreational facilities will include a 'Wet Pool' and a 'Fit Gym', where yoga will be offered on the sun terrace, as well as the 'Away Spa'.
For dining options, guests at W Amman can choose from four venues: Enso for pan-Asian cuisine; Mesh, which features live cooking stations; Living Room with its a la carte menu; and Aura, for cocktails, music and snacks.
W Amman will showcase 776 square meters of total function space for meetings and events, spanning five rooms, including a 629sqm Great Room. All venues are equipped with audiovisual technology and high speed internet access.
