Hilton Al Hamra Beach & Golf Resort has appointed Thorsten Beermann as its executive chef.
Beermann, who joined the property this month (January 2018), is responsible for all kitchen operations, and arrived straight from his role as cluster executive chef of Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah and Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort & Spa.
