Hyatt Regency Dubai launches sky brunch

Hyatt Regency Dubai has launched Sky Brunch at Al Dawaar, Dubai’s only rooftop, revolving restaurant & lounge. The restaurant offers views of the city skyline with Burj Khalifa, sea and the creek.

The brunch menu includes fresh salads, garden greens and a platter of cold dishes such as smoked salmon, smoked tuna and Foie gras terrine. Seafood menu includes freshly opened belon oysters, poached tiger prawns, Alaskan king crab legs, black mussels. Guests can also enjoy a sushi and sashimi corner.

Other items on the brunch include beef tenderloin, Greek Moussaka, glazed duck breast, saffron tomato grilled lobster amongst other offerings. Desserts such as warm apple crumble, ice cream and sorbet, cakes, tarts, Arabic sweets, baked Um Ali and chocolate fountain with condiments are also offered.

For beverages, guests can choose from handcrafted cocktails and a selection of wines. The brunch is priced at AED 229 (US $62) per person including soft beverages, AED 349 ($95) per person including house beverages and AED 549 ($150) per person including champagne.

The Sky Brunch is available every Friday from 12:30 pm to 4 pm
