Astoria set to launch new espresso machine at Sigep

Astoria, the Susegana-based company will be attending this year’s Sigep from January 20-24 2018. 

The international fair will take place at the Rimini Exhibition Centre in Italy and is aimed at the gelato, pastry, bread and coffee sectors.

The company will showcase its latest models including the HYbrid, the Core600 and the Sabrina. Taking pride of place will be the Storm, the latest offering from Astoria for professional baristas which has received a positive response since it was unveiled at Host Milano.

Features include innovative super dry technology which keeps steam dry with a second heating spout, producing milk with the perfect consistency every time. This type of foam makes the ideal starting point for intricate latte art decorations.

In addition to providing top-quality espresso and cappuccino, the Storm is also distinguished by its green credentials (with an energy saving of up to 47.6% compared to traditional coffee machines) and use of materials including stainless steel and aluminium, with wood for the handles and base.
