Shaza Hotels recently announced the signing of its third Mysk project in the Middle East, Mysk by Shaza. The hotel is set to open ahead of Expo 2020.
The announcement follows the signing of Mysk Kuwait and the official opening of Mysk Al Mouj in Muscat.
Commenting on the project, Simon Coombs, president and CEO of Shaza Hotels said, “Since the recent launch of Mysk by Shaza, we have been actively looking at signing a project here since the need for upscale hotels in Dubai was one of the reasons that encouraged us to create the Mysk brand. I am very happy that the first Mysk in Dubai will be located in such a prestigious location, and I am grateful for Aqua Properties for having entrusted us with their asset.”
The 180 key property will have easy access from the entrance of the Palm.
The hotel will feature a rooftop pool and restaurant, a café, meeting rooms and a fitness centre. Design work on this project is already underway and work on site has commenced.
