Dubai's Westin Mina Seyahi offers 'cuddle buddy' pillows

The Westin Mina Seyahi Beach Resort has introduced life-size 'cuddle buddy pillows' for guests at its property.

Guests at the Westin Mina Seyahi Beach Resort and Marina can ask at check-in for one of the 'Cuddle Buddy pillows', each of which comes with its own character description.

It’s a scientific fact that cuddling triggers the body to release chemicals that help de-compress after a busy day. Oxytocin (aptly nicknamed the cuddle hormone) has a number of benefits: it relieves pain, boosts the immune system, and relieves stress, along with aiding sleep.

This is following on the back of the Westin Wellness initiative that saw goldfish companions being introduced to hotel guests in 2017, and is part of the Westin keeping guest’s comfort a priority.
