Flair No.5 to launch at The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC

Flair No. 5, Dubai’s ode to gin, will open on February 21 at The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC.

The new outdoor bar and lounge in DIFC aims to provide guests with an after work city escape with a vast variety of spirits that are home-crafted by a team of mixologists whose philosophy focuses on floral alchemy.

Flair No.5 uses fresh ingredients for its bar menu focusing on simple small bites and plates designed for sharing. Composed of aromatic flavours, dishes include the charred rosemary flatbread or orange blossom s’mores.
