Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai appoints F&B director

Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai has appointed Digvijay Singh Rathore as the property's director of food & beverage.

Rathore has 16 years of experience in the food and beverage industry with pre-opening expertise, including conventions and banqueting section.

He holds a BSc in Hospitality Management from IHM, Hyderabad, and has worked across India and the UAE.
