Park Inn by Radisson brand continues Saudi Arabia expansion
Park Inn by Radisson has opened two new hotels in Saudi Arabia - Park Inn by Radisson Hotel and Apartments Dammam Industrial City and Park Inn by Radisson Jubail Industrial City.
The Rezidor Hotel Group area senior vice president, Middle East, Turkey and Africa, Tim Cordon said in a statement: "We are delighted to continue our strong growth across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is a key growth market for development for our group. As part of our new brand architecture, launched earlier this month, we are also looking forward to introducing our extended-stay solutions for core brands, featuring serviced apartments."
Park Inn by Radisson Hotel and Apartments Dammam Industrial City is located in the heart of Dammam's second Industrial City and a short drive from the Dammam city centre, the Saudi Aramco oil refinery and King Abdul Aziz Sea Port. It has 201 rooms and suites with city and pool views, and 104 serviced apartments that are expected to open later this summer. The one and two-bedroom apartments include a living room area, kitchenette with essential appliances and a large bathroom.
The property has two meeting rooms and six workshop rooms - all with natural daylight and free high-speed wireless internet. The hotel also has a 412m2 ballroom for hosting banquets, weddings and gala dinners. The pre-function space spans 530m2. F&B outlets include: Italian concept Bocca Buona; RBG restaurant with bar and grill counter, concrete flooring and exposed brick, chalkboards as part of artwork, variable seating, booths, banquettes and club tables; and the Modon Café. Other leisure facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, a wellness centre including treatment rooms, a sauna, steam room, tennis court and separate fitness centres for men and women.
Park Inn by Radisson Jubail Industrial City is located in Jubail, the largest industrial city in the Middle East. The hotel is located in a residential area close to the offices of major international companies and a short drive to the Fanateer District. The 161-room hotel offers a choice of standard or superior rooms and executive suites. All rooms include free high-speed wireless internet. The leisure facilities include an outdoor swimming pool and a health club including fitness gym, sauna and massage rooms.
The hotel includes the RBG restaurant where guests can choose à- la-carte or enjoy the breakfast buffet. The hotel also offers 24/7 room service. The meeting and events space includes four flexible meeting rooms for up to 120 guests, all with natural daylight, climate control, free high-speed wireless internet, complimentary access to the business centre and free parking.
