Vida Aljada Sharjah will offer 175 rooms and Vida Residences Aljada Sharjah will feature 120 residences. Mid-scale Rove Aljada Sharjah will be located in Aljada’s Buisness Park, and will feature 300 rooms.

Both residences under Address and Vida are slated to be offered for sale by Q4 2018, a statement from Emaar said.

Commenting on the new agreement, Emaar’s CEO Olivier Harnisch stated that developments are in line with the efforts to boost Sharjah’s tourism sector. “Sharjah has unique touristic value that is defined by its cultural museums as well as natural attractions. With our three hotel brands marking their entry to Sharjah for the first time, we are not only expanding our footprint in the UAE but also contributing the strengthening the tourism sector of the emirate,” he said.

Harnisch further stated that Address Aljada Sharjah is designed to appeal to luxury travellers, and Vida Aljada is for the new generation of entrepreneurs and travellers.
