Check out the full Caterer Middle East Awards 2018 shortlist

With less than a month to go for the gala ceremony, all the finalists in the Caterer Middle East Awards 2018 have been unveiled.

The 16 categories range across a range of roles in the F&B industry including waiter, pastry chefs, chief stewards, restaurant managers, and more.

The winners will be revealed on Wednesday, May 9 at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah.
