Diversified has launched a new machine by Biozone for housekeeping departments which eliminates odours, damp and 99% of all bacteria.
"The machine available in a portable size that is proving very efficient and cost effective for the hotels," says general manager Anne Low.
According to Low, one of the main challenges faced by housekeeping professionals is controlling expenditure.

She said: "As there is more supply in the hotel market and now discerning customers place higher and higher expectations on services the hotels offer. I think that housekeeping professionals have to try and balance a luxury experience and guest expectations whilst having tighter controls on expenditure."
