The Hotelier Middle East Executive Housekeeper Forum is underway in Dubai, with a strong line-up of executive housekeepers from the region ready to discuss the opportunities and challenges in the sector.
The conference is being held at the Grosvenor House Dubai, and will focus on 'renovations and refurbishments' and 'the customer isn't always right' as one of the key themes in the sixth edition of the forum.
Also on the agenda are presentations on the importance of cost saving without compromising quality, setting KPIs and drafting service level agreements with service partners.
