Hyatt opens first Unbound Collection hotel in Istanbul

Hyatt Hotels has officially opened Nish Palas Istanbul in Turkey is which is the first property in the country under The Unbound Collection by Hyatt.

The 45-room boutique hotel is located in Nişantaşı, one of Istanbul’s oldest neighbourhoods. The rooms, built with foor-to-ceiling windows, will offer guests views of the city, the Bosphorus strait and Princess Island.

For F&B, Glens Restaurant and Bar, will offer guests Mediterranean cuisine and is aimed at “independent-minded travellers”, according a statement from the company.

The hotel features a rooftop bar overlooking the Bosphorus strait, and a spa which will offer guests Hammam treatments, a Turkish bath and steam room, the spa’s menu is comprised of locally-inspired healing treatments, massages, body rituals and facials.

For MICE, Nish Palas Istanbul offers functional meeting space of more than 750 square feet for up to 60 guests, with an additional private, pre-function space. Another event space, called Roof 8, offers views of the Bosphorus strait and islands in the distance and is aimed as space for product launches and fashion shows, as well as gala dinners and distinct celebrations, the statement added.

Launched in 2016, The Unbound Collection by Hyatt is a global collection of independent properties aimed at attracting modern travellers.
