Latino-style pop-up concept, Las Cabanas, has opened in Campbell Gray Living Amman for the summer.
Las Cabanas occupies the eighth floor of Campbell Gray Living Amman, a development by Al Seraje Real Estate, a subsidiary of the Audeh Group.
The restaurant and bar has a swimming pool and guests can even hire a private jacuzzi – Las Cabanas has eight.
The food items show influences from Spain, Brazil, Mexico and the Caribbean, with dishes including passion fruit fish ceviche, Caribbean adobo beef skewers and hot pepper shrimp tostados.
The design is meant to showcase the aesthetic of a 1950s Palm Springs poolside cocktail party. The colours are pink, turquoise, blue and yellow, the shapes are peacocks, maracas, bananas, coconuts, pineapples, and flamingos, according to an official statement.
