An Italian gnocchi festival is coming to the UAE this August, with Villa Toscana at the St. Regis Abu Dhabi offering a special take on the doughy dumplings.
From August 22 until August 31, guests will be able to sample new versions of the dishes from chef Rosario Martorana and restaurant manager Guiseppe Palmiera and team at the Tuscan restaurant.
The gnocchi festival includes a la carte dishes with house-made gnocchi including vegetarian options as well as selections prepared freshly with premium meat and seafood.
The traditional Italian experience will take place daily from 7pm to 11pm.
