Michelin-starred chef Vineet Bhatia to open Indian restaurant in Dubai Marina

Indian Chef Vineet Bhatia will launch his new restaurant - Indya By Vineet - in November at Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort & Spa. The restaurant will  move into the space previously held by Italian restaurant Ossigeno.

According to the release, it promises to “give a whole new meaning to Indian street food”. The restaurant will seat up to 90 diners, and will have an outdoor terrace, as well as a mixed drinks bar.
