Les Clefs d'Or UAE's annual general meeting at the Ferrari World Abu Dhabi was attended by 150 concierges all over UAE including members from Oman Concierge Group.
As part of his welcome speech, Simon Thomas, Les Clefs d'Or International president spoke about the importance of concierges and bringing the values and ethics of the organisation to life.
At the AGM, the Abu Dhabi Department of Tourism and Culture presented its master plan and future projects for Qasr Al Hosn.

The executive committee members also gave presentations showcasing the achievements, activities and initiatives of Les Clefs d'Or UAE in the last six months. National president and zone director of Arabia and West Asia Abey Sam also shared the future plans and projects in the pipeline for Les Clefs d'Or UAE.
