Hilton Worldwide has been ranked second in the World’s Best Workplaces by the Great Place to Work. Recognised in the list for a third in a row, the hotel company climbed seven spots to its new place and is the highest ranked hospitality company.

Some of Hilton’s industry-leading benefits include minimum two-week parental leave for all including fathers and adoptive parents and eights additional weeks for mothers who gave birth. The company also provides adoption assistance, GED support and discounted stays at Hilton properties around the world.
Under the Thrive@Hilton initiative, the company is designing and creating innovative corporate office space and attire for Team Members working in physically demanding jobs, a statement said.
Employees also receiver travel benefits and can choose from a variety of volunteer programme which support Hilton’s ‘Travel with Purpose’ corporate responsibility mission.
Hilton’s workforce is made up of more than 390,000 across 106 countries and territories around the world.
