Michelin-starred chef Akira Back on his new Dubai restaurant

Akira Back has 11 restaurants in 10 cities around the world and is set to make his Middle East debut in Dubai at W Dubai - the Palm.

It’s been a long wait for Back’s first restaurant in the Middle East, with W Dubai – The Palm’s launch being pushed back from May 2018, but it is now on the horizon.

Caterer Middle East sat down with the restaurateur who has garnered Michelin stars for his work, to learn more about what we can expect.
