Zabeel House by Jumeirah, The Greens is all set to open in December with 210 rooms, two restaurants, new gym/health club concept, outdoor pool with cabanas and two outdoor cinemas.
Opening in Tower 3 of the Onyx Towers, the hotel is inspired by New York loft living, with contemporary art and design throughout the hotel.
The Onyx is an integrated community with three towers of residential, commercial and hospitality buildings, as well as a podium of 32 retail and F&B outlets.

The 200 rooms and 10 apartments are split across 10 floors, with each room complete with Zabeel House by Jumeirah brand rituals constant across all hotels: SMEG mini bar fridges, Espresso machines, Osme bathroom amenities and SuitePads. Bikes, skateboards and rollerblades will also be available to explore The Greens neighbourhood at the hotel as well. It also will offer picnic baskets and take away lunches to explore around the surrounding lakes and parks in the neighbourhood
Designed by LW Design, Zabeel House by Jumeirah, the hotel has two restaurants: Lah Lah, a pan-Asian eatery and Social Company, a ground floor restaurant.The hotel will also be home to Native Club, a new multipurpose sports and leisure club concept open for both membership and hotel guests, outdoor pool with quirky pop-art and retro inspired furniture and cabanas, two outdoor cinema screens, dog friendly areas ideal for The Greens residents along with a herb garden growing local herbs.
The hotel will also have co-working spaces throughout the hotel, lockers to allow freelancers to keep their items safe when out and about for meetings – as well as a business centre with four meeting rooms and its own open plan kitchen.
